These people are con artists, fear mongering potential clients that come in for a routine clean, that the woman in question has a long list of things wrong when their teeth even though they were sorted at a west palm dentist a few months prior and that theyd ONLY proceed with the clean after her first ponying up 1200$. 2h she was waiting and enduring a lot of pressuring and upselling from them for them to turn around and say she needed to pay this huge advance. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs

This office is great. Found them on Google after searching for an oral surgeon. Never liked going to the dentist but everyone here at Bravaz dental made me feel comfortable and like I was a long time patient even though I wasn't. Debbie was amazing, Dr. Vasquez was super informative and went into depth explaining all processes and procedures needed. Dr.Ferrante who did my extractions and root canals was very good and comforting. Like having my aunt next to me. Mely was great putting my temporary crowns in. Rosemary was super great also in helping with finances. Simon is the best when it comes to my cleanings, heis very thorough. I hate dentist but let me tell you, they have made this whole experience great for me and I hate going for dental procedures. Check them out if you need a great office and great, painless dental work .

I stop going the the dentist 14 years ago because the office I was going to was horrible. I got the courage to go back to the dentist and I believe this what's the best decision in my life. If every doctor's office would be like this office in general no one would be afraid to go to any doctor I will give this an office and the service I got here Infinity star not just five.

From the moment you pick up the phone to call to checking out and making your next appointment you have encountered so many nice people. You could see the care they have for their patients. I’m a military spouse and I had to complete paperwork by a certain date and because my husband was not with me my childcare was limited and they took care of me and my daughter. They offered her a snack. They allowed her to lie with me during a cleaning and they even played Sesame Street so she would be distracted while they continued with my procedure. I’m so grateful I came across a clinic like this. They are truly amazing. Highly recommend.

I have to say I'm not the one to do reviews but i felt it was worth it. 😊 Starting from the front desk the office staff make you feel a warm welcome. They provide such a friendly, seamless and professional environment, from scheduling my appointment through my dental procedure. When I first read the reviews before booking my appointment It all sounded like paradise or Disney world and I had to give it chance 😄 I have never had any dental office take their time explaining everything from the beginning to the end. They make sure you feel comfortable through the whole process. They educated me of so many things I didn't know about my dental care. The first visit I saw Dr. Lissandra super informative, professional, knowledgeble and caring. They did a crown and removed the amalgam fills that were fracturing my teeth and replaced it with resin. I was so nervous and anxious but their approach was priceless and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands that time flew because they make you feel comfortable talking to you through the whole process. I might be misspelling their names; Rosario and Mybel were the ones that did my procedure they were so genuine, kind and very informative as they were doing the procedure. I'm grateful I found them. This might sound unreal but let me tell you they were 💯 top tier! They got a long-term customer. Oh btw they offer great cafecito! 🤭

I found this place on Google and my first time going was a pleasant experience. Dr. Ferrante, Lisa and Debra (sorry if spelled wrong) and even the front desk clerk were all super lovely and kind. They broke down everything to me and answered any questions I had. They throughly explained the work I needed to be done. It was empty when I went, literally no one was in there. I guess I got lucky that day. Now while the women here are very kind and professional, I will say that it felt like … I was being pitched some things I do not immediately need. Mind you, I went in for a cleaning and to see if I had any cavities and I left without receiving a cleaning and an $18,000 total of all the work I apparently needed.
I also felt pressured by the Doctor and assistants to jump into making a big financial decision. It felt like, "Okay here's the work you need done, here's the price, now what credit card would you like to use?" Not everyone is financially ready to just take on, essentially, what is another high bill that they have to pay every month for 2-5 years. I appreciate that they even offer financing and tried to find me a rate that was comfortable for me, but to expect me to make that decision on the spot is a little crazy. Again, I just wanted a cleaning and to get checked for cavities, not to sign up to finance dental work that ranged from $200-600/month, spanning years. I understand that it's work I need, but I can't afford everything at the moment. I read a few reviews where they said they felt as if they were being sold procedures they don't need/want (such as invisalign, extractions, etc), and I can say the same. A lot of people in the reviews recommended to get a second opinion before making any decisions. I say do the same if you feel you need to!
Overall, I think the office is pretty good. Just make the best decision for yourself and your finances! It's a struggle in this economy as it is.

This dental office was Excellent!!! I'm someone that has "Dentist Anxiety" for sure, and here I was completely relaxed! Barbie was AMAZING at making me feel comfortable and did an awesome job with my deep cleaning. I had no appointment and called as I had accidentally broken a tooth. I'm not from this area and here on business, but they got me right in. The office is spotless, the entire staff is friendly and professional and I couldn't be happier with my service. I live 4 hours away but I think this will still become my new dentist. Well worth the trip!

BraVaz dental is amazing and an absolute game changer!!!! I was so afraid of the dentist but they made my experience easy and comfortable. Dominique did my cleaning, was very thorough and patient with me so professional. Tequila made the starting process smooth and made sure I understood my treatment to come. Rosemary made the office atmosphere fun and welcoming. I recommend this office for all your dental issues!!!!!

Wow!! You won't find a more caring, passionate, and knowledgeable team around! They will they have you smiling the moment you walk in the door, you can really tell everyone there loves what they do and care about their patients. The office is beautiful, inviting, and super clean. I love that they have modern technology, it's obvious the doctors keep up on the latest info, you're definitely getting the best. They give you super detailed information and you can ask as many questions as you want. Obviously all dental work is expensive but they'll work with you to figure out how you can get what you need done. Best experience ever with these guys, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I relocated from central florida and needed a dentist down here. I found this place on a whim and SO happy that I did! There is a very special and unique energy in this office. It holds a bright and happy atmosphere. The workers, on all accounts, are truly wonderful and seem to really care about their patients. They greet you as if you’re their family, but still keep it very professional. I am an anxious person (which is ironic since I love going to the dentist!) and they really reassured me on everything and were there every step of the way – even through all the small hiccups (through no fault of their own). Their work is QUALITY. The dentists seemed to really care about the attention to detail with both my deep cleaning and my crowns. They answered every question I had with clarity and actually educated me a bit too tbh. My molar crowns look and feel fantastic and my bite is perfect. My orthodontist was impressed as well lmao. I would very highly recommend this location and I hope they stay in practice for a long, long time because I’m not sure I’ll be able to find such a powerhouse team and quality work under the same roof ever again.

Ive been getting my dental cleanings with Rosie the dental hygienist lately, she knows what she's doing, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease when you get your dental cleaning, she knows how to carry a good conversation with you as well and I'm always happy to see her when I get my dental cleaning every few months.
Highly recommended, great receptionists and Dr Vasquez is great dentist and this dental office is worth a visit! Catherin is a great dental hygienist from the very beginning, I like her because she knows her stuff on cleaning your teeth well.

Update May 3 2024
I just had to say more about BraVaz dental since my first procedure. Had just came home from the office
I’ve had a lot done due to letting almost two decades go by without a real exam and follow up
Each time I sat in the chair I was so nervous but after each procedure this wonderful caring team took such great care of me.
It was always a relief at the end and I left feeling proud of myself for going and doing what I needed to do .. and so grateful to all the positive beautiful people from the amazing Girls up front Tahili and Gina. Mike !!! Thank you super much Mike – please tell your mom and dad they can be so proud of you ! Dr Martin what a pro! Dr Brava and Mrs Dr Brava and so many there always patient and reassuring and no pain!!!. Not to forgot today’s hygienist Rosalie ??? I’m getting it wrong I know. I’ll fix this once I see her again 🤔 wow she was truly so perfect I will bring my nervous son here and trust he will be in great hands!!
I genuinely love them !
If you are in doubt just go and decide for yourselves
My first dental procedure in well over a decade. Had to have a deep cleaning and I was incredibly nervous.
Barbie was sooo thorough in explaining everything answering any questions I had and she was super patient and knowledgable ..
It’s been a few hours and I feel ok despite the deep scaling and I’m so super grateful.
I’m so happy to find a place and a hygenist that I feel like I can trust
Thank you Barbie
PS the staff from the front desk to those taking X-rays and Cindy are so genuine and fun
Cindy gave me quite an education I never had from my previous and most loved dentist.

Not to sound cliché, but I DESPISE going to the dentist. HATE. HATE. HATE. I’m literally ready to fight everyone, including the dentist, whenever I’m due for a visit. I’m so bad, that I’ve had to be referred to a sedation dentist. These lovely people, however, made me feel a teensy bit less evil about visiting the dentist. Everyone is gracious and accommodating, and they tried their very best to keep me calm, throughout my visits. Their follow-up phone calls and texts feel very personalized, and it’s the only doctor’s office where I can expect a warm hug from everyone. I appreciate the effort that they put in to make an office visit feel like you’re visiting old friends. It’s the character and the personality, for me!

I thought it was impossible to feel this good at a dental office. Thanks to Bravas Dental I have lost my fear of coming to the dentist. They have such a great vibe in this place!!! The front desk assistants are amazing, always focused on making you feel comfortable and welcome. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and are always willing to explain in detail every procedure or treatment. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted in one day and didn't feel any pain. It was like magic! The hygienists are also great. I can't believe that instead of dreading it, I have been looking forward to coming for my appointments. Totally will recommend Bravas Dental to all of my family and friends. Thank you all! You have broken the myth of being afraid of coming to the dentist.

BraVaz Dental is the most fun, ethical, clean, caring and friendly office I’ve ever been too. As a matter of fact it’s the friendliest place I ever seen in my life. Cindi is incredible and the doctors Dr. Bravo and Dr. Vazquez the attention you receive in this place is nothing less than amazing. The front desk is extremely fun and lively as a matter of fact that’s what hooked me the most. Most offices now a days don’t even greet you. But these girls at the front desk deserve the award for most friendly, attentive and likable individuals on the planet and probably in the universe too. Cindi and Tahili I have to say I love both of you and you both are the reason I love going. Thanks for your excellent attention and also for making me feel so comfortable as if I wasn’t in a dental office and about to have a drill in my mouth. I was laughing and smiling from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Doctors great job for the perfect and excellent service you guys provide and hats off to your entire team. Your team once again is incredible and don’t ever lose your princess Cindi she’s phenomenal.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. From start to finish, it felt like everything was focused on getting as much money out of me as possible instead of providing quality care. I was pressured into treatments and fees that weren't clearly explained, and every step of the process felt more like a sales pitch than a visit to the dentist.
Communication was poor, pricing lacked transparency, and I left feeling like I couldn't trust the recommendations I was being given. A dental office should make patients feel informed and cared for—not like they're being upsold at every opportunity.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused dental care. I encourage anyone considering this practice to ask detailed questions about treatment recommendations and costs before agreeing to anything.
Ps. Never seen so much coffee given to patients before getting teeth care….

I went there yesterday for the first time. They wow you with their technology and how nice they are. When I first called, they said that they take my dental insurance. Three weeks later my son and I go in, they take pictures, xrays. Two hours later and a plan for $14,000 later between my son and I for work that needed to be done, they tell me that they really don't take my insurance. I left upset and never to return. I called and asked for them to send me my pictures they took, they did. I sent them to another dentist to look at. My son was told that he had 7 cavities and I was told that I had 4. After the other dentist looked at the films, he said that my son had ZERO cavities and that I only had 1. Please, why do these dentist offices get you in try and wow you and then try and steal from you????? THIS IS SOOOOO WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bravo took the time to explain all the treatments in detail and the reason for each one. I also received a deep cleaning with Catherin, and her work was impeccable!
I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Fernandez and Liane, and it was super quick and efficient. The whole team is super professional. 100,000% recommended

The prices are unclear; it depends on your insurance, and it's like going private because it doesn't cover any of the exorbitant prices they charge. They refuse to do root canals or crowns, preferring only implants, and the prices vary considerably. They quoted me $60,000… My insurance didn't even cover a cleaning because of the outrageous prices. They only call to remind you to come in if you're scheduled for treatment so they can collect payment. I had a second cleaning appointment, but since I didn't have to pay, they NEVER called me. I only got a couple of cavities filled, and that's because they took me for a ride without knowing what I was doing. I'm not happy with how one extraction turned out because the gum is recessed in the middle even after they placed bone graft material and a membrane. The work was poorly done. Regarding the exorbitant number of cavities they found, it would be interesting to see if they were actually that large. Everything is way too exaggerated. They treat you too well, they're very helpful and overly friendly, they try to impress you with the place and the equipment, but the prices are outrageously high. I had root canals done by leading dentists in my country, and according to them, everything was wrong and everything had to be removed to put in implants. If you can't afford those prices, they don't even offer a suitable plan, because a dentist is a doctor and should prioritize providing a service appropriate to each patient whenever medically possible. Regarding your response, I've had several extractions done and I know how it should look, but a horizontal depression in the middle of the gum, like a line, is not normal.

Be wary of 5 stars on a dental office. I too, came here and read the reviews, and I based my decision to come here because of the stellar reviews. My initial visit was over 2 hours, with over 1 hour of lecture on all the things I had wrong and what I needed done. Then I was shown an itemized break down of the treatment plan for over $13,000 (after insurance coverage). Then an immediate financial plan was offered. I went for a second opinion at another dentist office to which i was told i didn’t need 90% of the things being pushed on me at BraVaz. Again, be wary of a dentist office with all 5.0 star reviews. Just my experience. Take from it what you will.

I'm a patient of Bravas dental, the whole family is. Stopped by today because my older son needed a tooth extracted. Stopped by to make a quick appointment, but the staff is so great, they squeezed us up n. Took care of the tooth in no time. They even brought him some snack to make him feel better as he came straight from school and was hungry.
Would highly recommend this office and staff. They're the best!!!!

Give them a try.

My experience at Bravaz dental was totally awesome. The staff were welcoming. The ambiance as well was really beautiful Everyone you came in contact with greeted you. The doctors and dentist were A1 . I had a root canal procedure done and I must say that they were professional and precise. There explanation on the procedure and why it needed to be done was what I needed. Assitant Miran and Dr. Martin did my root canal procedure and they were so professional and caring. I totally recommend to anyone who is unsure about who to go . I am from the Bahamas and I will be coming back for any dental work.

What a wonderful experience! My first time at this place because I had a dental emergency and they took last minute appointments. As soon as you walk in you get an amazing greeting. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I want to say thank you to la princesa Cindy, you’re hilarious & provided me with great information. I also want to thank Gina for helping me get settled when coming in, and I forget Barbie. She was amazing and great to talk to. She took my mind of the procedure, which helped a lot. Thank you to everyone here! Besos! 😊

BUYER BEWARE! Was looking for a new dentist and found this office on google. All I have to say is they are a bunch of crooks and must have paid for all of those reviews. Had an appointment for a consultation and had to wait over an hour. When they actually took me in the so called doctor did absolutely nothing but tell me I need to go to a different dentist bc I need too much work done. Upon leaving is did not have my insurance card with me and they acted like not to worry about it. They charged my health insurance not even my dental insurance a ridiculous amount FOR NOTHING! Would NOT recommend as they are a bunch of crooks!!!!!! Guess you need perfect teeth to go here bc obviously the dentist cant be bothered doing REAL work.
