Communication was poor, pricing lacked transparency, and I left feeling like I couldn’t trust the recommendations I was being given. A dental office should make patients feel informed and cared for—not like they’re being upsold at every opportunity.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused dental care. I encourage anyone considering this practice to ask detailed questions about treatment recommendations and costs before agreeing to anything.

Ps. Never seen so much coffee given to patients before getting teeth care….

I also felt pressured by the Doctor and assistants to jump into making a big financial decision. It felt like, “Okay here’s the work you need done, here’s the price, now what credit card would you like to use?” Not everyone is financially ready to just take on, essentially, what is another high bill that they have to pay every month for 2-5 years. I appreciate that they even offer financing and tried to find me a rate that was comfortable for me, but to expect me to make that decision on the spot is a little crazy. Again, I just wanted a cleaning and to get checked for cavities, not to sign up to finance dental work that ranged from $200-600/month, spanning years. I understand that it’s work I need, but I can’t afford everything at the moment. I read a few reviews where they said they felt as if they were being sold procedures they don’t need/want (such as invisalign, extractions, etc), and I can say the same. A lot of people in the reviews recommended to get a second opinion before making any decisions. I say do the same if you feel you need to!

Overall, I think the office is pretty good. Just make the best decision for yourself and your finances! It’s a struggle in this economy as it is.

Highly recommended, great receptionists and Dr Vasquez is great dentist and this dental office is worth a visit! Catherin is a great dental hygienist from the very beginning, I like her because she knows her stuff on cleaning your teeth well.

Would highly recommend this office and staff. They’re the best!!!!

I just had to say more about BraVaz dental since my first procedure. Had just came home from the office

I’ve had a lot done due to letting almost two decades go by without a real exam and follow up

Each time I sat in the chair I was so nervous but after each procedure this wonderful caring team took such great care of me.
It was always a relief at the end and I left feeling proud of myself for going and doing what I needed to do .. and so grateful to all the positive beautiful people from the amazing Girls up front Tahili and Gina. Mike !!! Thank you super much Mike – please tell your mom and dad they can be so proud of you ! Dr Martin what a pro! Dr Brava and Mrs Dr Brava and so many there always patient and reassuring and no pain!!!. Not to forgot today’s hygienist Rosalie ??? I’m getting it wrong I know. I’ll fix this once I see her again 🤔 wow she was truly so perfect I will bring my nervous son here and trust he will be in great hands!!

My first dental procedure in well over a decade. Had to have a deep cleaning and I was incredibly nervous.
Barbie was sooo thorough in explaining everything answering any questions I had and she was super patient and knowledgable ..

It’s been a few hours and I feel ok despite the deep scaling and I’m so super grateful.

I’m so happy to find a place and a hygenist that I feel like I can trust

PS the staff from the front desk to those taking X-rays and Cindy are so genuine and fun

Cindy gave me quite an education I never had from my previous and most loved dentist.

Update:
It’s been 2 years since I became a patient. Nothing has changed. These people are full of life, friendly and treat you like family. They explain everything with detail and work with you, every step of the way.
